Linden Place's annual Derby Day Party is a unique, Kentucky Derby-themed event, complete with mint juleps, festive hats, and betting on the race. After enjoyed a three-course meal from Russell Morin Catering & Events and open bar, guests love to bid on one-of-a-kind items and experiences in our silent auction and dance the night away in the historic ballroom.

Linden Place's annual Fourth of July Picnic puts you in the center of the action with a front row seat to the oldest continuous Fourth of July parade in the country. Watch the parade from the front lawn of Linden Place, as people have done for generations. Let us take care of everything for you with a gourmet lunch, plenty of seating, real restrooms, and a place to cool off in our air conditioned ballroom.
